Bartender, Don Lawson, a DC native and seasoned cocktail connoisseur, uses his experience and talents to add an interesting and distinctly Hellenic twist to more traditional drinks. His brainchild, the 'Santorini Sidecar," is a citrusy mixture of Metaxa 7 Star, orange-infused ouzo and fresh squeezed lemon juice. Like the original, our Santorini Sidecar is shaken and elegantly served straight up.
